Air Shipment Time

For air shipments, your order will be processed and shipped within 48 hours, after confirmation of financial arrangements.

Container Shipment Time For ocean shipments please allow 3 weeks to one month for production, plus ocean transit to your port of destination.

Payment Policy

  • Cash and large volume orders will achieve the lowest pricing
  • L/C is considered as cash but will take about two weeks to process. For L/C at 30/60/90 days, please add 0.7% for interest charge and discounting fee to the cash price for each 30 days.
  • 30 % deposit is available with the balance paid just before shipments of ocean shipments. .
  • In some cases, 30 days credit may be available. However, given current market conditions our insurance looks very carefully at your company before making a decision. For this determination, we will need financials, and credit reference as well a detailed interview conducted by our insurance investigators.

    • Freight Forwarders

    We have our own freight forwarders and of course try to maintain competitive rates. If you have special freight arrangements we will gladly send collect via the carrier of your choice. On ocean shipments, please remember that for purposes of insurance and collection, we will keep the BL in our hands until payment is received in full.
